If you’re a returning customer and would like to have a specific service technician for your appointment, you will be given the option to select your preferred technician dispatched onsite to assist you.
Online Appointments
Appointments are scheduled in 2 hour time slots to allow for additional labor as needed for each service call. On the day of your appointment, we make every attempt to contact you with an updated time of arrival for our techs at your location. If you should have any questions regarding our services please feel free to contact us and speak with one of our friendly staff members. We’ll be happy to answer all of your questions or concerns.

March thru September 7AM – 7PM
October thru February 9AM – 5PM
Emergency Service –
Emergency Irrigation/Sprinkler system service is available. Should you have an irrigation or sprinkler system emergency please contact our office @ 214.343.8433 for immediate assistance. For emergencies after normal business hours your call will be routed to our scheduled emergency service technician. Emergency service is available day or night, seven days a week. A $75 surcharge in addition to our normal service call charges applies to emergency service calls.
